Cancellation Policy
SALON LYOL is committed to our clients and their convenience. Your appointments are very important to us. Nonetheless we understand that sometimes your schedule may change even at the last minute. We make an effort to remind you of your appointment 3 days in advance because we know how easy it is to forget.
If you find it necessary to change your appointment, please call +1 (416) 922-0611 or email us at info@salonlyol.ca to let us know.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment at least 2 days in advance, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time with a client on our waiting list and a charge of 50% of the scheduled services amount will apply. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the scheduled services amount. If the booking was made on the day of or the day before the appointment time, it is necessary to provide us with a cancellation notice at least 4 hours in advance or else a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services amount will apply.
No Refunds Policy
At SALON LYOL, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality care. To ensure the satisfaction of all our clients, we adhere to the following no refund policy:
SERVICES. All services provided in our salon are non-refundable. We strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to provide a corrective service at no additional charge.
PRODUCTS. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used are non-refundable due to health and safety concerns.
GIFT CARDS. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash and must be used for services or products within our salon.
DEPOSITS. Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if an appointment is rescheduled within the specified timeframe.
