The SALON LYOL Waiver and Release

In consideration for receiving hair care products and services from SALON LYOL and by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to accept all responsibility for the risk that you may contract an illness during any of your current or future appointments at SALON LYOL. While we are taking your safety and that of our staff very seriously, by employing all required safety and sanitation protocols, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting an illness

I agree that if I take any steps to make a claim for damages against SALON LYOL, its agents, employees or any other released parties arising out of my receipt of hair care products and services from SALON LYOL, I shall be obligated to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of any such claim.

I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing SALON LYOL Waiver and Release and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in affirming it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in affirming this SALON LYOL Waiver and Release as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
